Types of data processed

Kullandığın özelliklere bağlı olarak oyuncu kimliği ve adı; kartlar, deste, seviye, EXP, NP, oyun içi bakiyeler ve premium hakları; maç ve klan bilgileri ile satın alma/ödül işlemi kayıtları işlenir. Apple ile giriş kullanıldığında Apple’ın bu giriş için sağladığı hesap tanımlayıcısı kullanılır.

Depending on the features you use, we process a player identifier and name; cards, deck, level, EXP, NP, virtual balances and premium entitlements; match and clan information; and purchase/reward transaction records. Sign in with Apple uses the account identifier Apple supplies for that sign-in.

Why is data used?

Data is used to provide account access, store and synchronise progress, operate match, clan and content features, verify purchases and advertising rewards, prevent duplicate or unauthorised transactions, and handle support enquiries.

The game uses Unity Gaming Services for account and game services, Unity LevelPlay and configured ad networks for advertising, Cloudflare for server connections, and Apple services for iOS sign-in and payments. These providers may process data for their services and operate infrastructure in different countries.

Advertising services may process device and ad-interaction information. iOS tracking permission is managed by the operating system; tracking and advertising-identifier use requiring permission are subject to your choices. You can change device settings, use privacy choices provided by the ad, and report a problematic advertisement.

We do not directly collect card or bank details. App Store payments are processed by Apple. Records such as the purchased product, transaction identifier and verification result may be used to deliver content, prevent duplicate delivery and protect transactions.

Retention and requests

Account and progress data is retained to provide the relevant services; support records are retained to handle the enquiry. Deletion requests are assessed for account-linked records and data held with service providers. Records needed for transaction integrity, security or applicable retention duties may be retained separately. Contact us about the retention status and scope of a request.
